Vesuvius is the geographical reference point for any excursion to take place in the Campania Region.
The volcano summarizes in itself the ancestral union between history and nature.
A visit inside the Vesuvius National Park allows you to analyze the autochthonous aspects of Mediterranean fauna and flora, the geological singularities, the history of local traditions and crops and most of all the scenic and panoramic values of an area among the most fascinating and visited in the world.
To reach the crater you must reach an altitude of 1000 m a.s.l. and then go up the Path of the great cone, feeling the thrill of walking on an active volcano.
